How Can High Fever In A Child Be Treated?

My son is 3.5 years.. he had 101 fever in the morning.. after crocin it came down by one degree but in the afternoon it became 102... gave crocin and it came down a bit.. late around 8:30 pm it was 103.. gave crocin and it came down to 102... but now again it is 103... I hv tried sponging the head but no relief... pls advise

PAracetamol is the best solution for fever. Also, give him enough fluids and have cold showers few times per days. If there is no improvement you should see doctor since some more serious infections should be ruled out.
