Hi,

She definitely needs spine decompression surgery as there is no other way out to treat such preexisting herniated discs. The symptoms will get worse and she might develop some permanent neurological disability if she doesn't get the surgery on time.

For the time being, she should use a back support while sitting. Avoid siting on floor rather go for chairs and sleeping on bed. Some Gabapentin containing drugs along with vitamin B12 injections are advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
