How Can Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

Having trouble with hemorrhoids. I itch and hurt. I have tried suppositories and believe constipation could be the cause. I drink a lot but have a hard time sitting. I exercise three times a week and walk my dog several times a day. Is this too much activity, too much sitting or is it just constipation?

Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your constipation.

As per your history you seems to have constipation related pain with hemorrhoids.

You need to take lot of fibrous food like fruits and green leafy vegetables avoid lene proteins and junk foods.
Take good amount of water. And don't apply too much pressure while sitting for defecation. Don't ignore the natural call.

You can use steroidal cream and nitroglycerin cream and it will be helpful to you.

Hope my answer will help you and you can write to us if you feel any further assistance needed.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
