Hello,

As per your query you have symptoms of a headache and pressure in the ears which is an indication of a condition known as Meniere’s disease an infection in the inner ear.

Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and to rule out systemic causes. Avoid itching or pricking ear with any sharp objects.

Apply warm compresses on the ear and do meditation to avoid stress and anxiety. Take a proper course of antibiotics to subside infection for 5 to 7 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
