Hello sir I am a 24 year old student.I started masturbating since 9 years from the last 1 year I have been excessively masturbating like 3 or more per day I also smoke daily like 5 smokes a day sir.. now my hands are shivering whenever I tried to hold small objects and I am becoming too thin and skinny.. and I am ejaculating within 2 minutes of masturbating now I am really worried about my future is there anything I can do now...Plss help me.

you should quit smoking first . visit an endocrinologist or surgeon for proper evaluation. premature ejaculation can be caused due to a variety of causes. it needs proper assessment
