How Can Fungal Infection On The Toe Nails Be Treated?

My son is on terbinafine for toenail and fingernail fungus. He caught a cold today and I was going to give him equalize nighttime cold and flu relief. It has a liver warning on it and says not to take without ok from doctor or pharmacist if you are taking something with acetaminophen in it. Not sure if terbinafine has that, but do know they worry about liver damage with that drug. Thanks

I can't answer in a complete way since you've not specified what kind of drug you are going to give to your son.
I can tell you that terbinafine hasn't got acetaminophen, these are two different drugs: terbinafine is and anti-fungal, whereas acetaminophen is an antiinflammatory drug.
If your son is taking terbinafine for the fungal infection of the nails (and has not liver diseases), you could give him ibuprofene (dose related to your son's weight).
