Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi,

I suggest you take him to the hospital. It could be a sprain or a hairline fracture as he is not allowing you to handle it. He might require an X-ray of the region or a crepe bandage, please.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
