How Can Fluctuating BP Readings Through Out The Day Be Treated?
My blood pressure this morning was an average of 160 over 92. I took a 10 mg tab of lisinopril and blood pressure came down to average for both sides of 136 over 80. Eight hours later I took my bood pressure and it was back up to average of 162 over 91. I had not been taking the prescription but about once or twice a week max and blood pressure was ok. I started getting sick with headache and fever and running sinuses with alot of muscle pain. Of coarse I am 69 years old and had been doing alot of hard physical work for about 5 days. My temperature is 101.1. Can I take another 10 mg tab of lisinopril even though it has only been 8 hours since I last took it. Thank you
If the reading of certain level is crossed with associated symptoms of a headache, vertigo is not attributable by other systemic illness as fever or else, the second dose can be consumed after consulting your physician on the telephone.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
