Hello!

Thank you for trusting HCM!

Treating a Fibromyalgia patient is a challenge now a days. A syndromic approach is needed to treat this problem. Before confirming a case of fibromyalgia, we have to rule out other possibilities like SLE, rheumatoid arthritis, PMS, somatization disorders, hypothyroidism etc...

You may need physical activity, relaxation techniques and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Along with Duloxetine, Gabapentin or Pregabalin is also useful.

Acupuncture and occupational therapy may be useful. If symptoms persist, please consult your rheumatologist. He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care
