How Can Fever With Stomach Pain And Lack Of Appetite Be Treated?

hi, my daughter will be 3 on jan.3rd and she s had a temp. for two days and wont eat much of anything and just keeps saying her tummy hurts. she has been drinking water and cranberry juice but thats about it. i have some dimetapp but didnt know if it was safe to give to her. or if it just needs to ride out..what do you suggest

Hi,

I think your daughter is gradually recovering from an intercurrent viral illness and you need not do anything special for this. She will gradually come out of this by herself but if there is diarrhoea avoid fruit juices and high sugar solutions.
