How Can Fecal Impaction Be Treated?

I have been uncomfortable for about a whole week. I cant seem to get rid of this poop that s massive and extremly hard. I havent tried anything, didnt think it was serious to be honest. But for the past two days I cant stand it; I really want it to come out because its really annoying. I want to go to the toilet but it hurts & it does come out only a tiny bit. I used my finger once & I tried to take out as much as I can but theirs still so much left inside. I need help urgently. I feel so embarssed to talk to anyone about this. I have nothing but this site left.

Hello,

For immediate relief, you have to insert Dulcolax suppository in the anus. It will clear the bowel in 1-2 hours. For preventing further fecal impact or hard stool, you have to take the following steps -
Take a high fiber diet.
Have early morning walk of 30 minutes before having breakfast.
Drink 1-2 glass of water immediately after waking up in the morning.
Avoid spicy food.
Avoid smoking.
Drink plenty of water during the day.
You can use Isaphagul powder at bedtime, that will be effective after 4-5 days.
