How Can Extreme Fatigue, Excessive Sleepiness And Cramps In The Thighs Be Treated?

To am 65 the last 2 months I have been extremely fatigued,I sleep a lot I get Charlie horse cramps in my thigh hands ribs.skin is dry nails brittle foggy headed,no motivation sleep disturbances.just feel exhausted all the time aches and stiffness .feel like this is more than just thyroid low.

Hi,

It is understandable to be concerned. You may need to be reassessed to rule out other causes, this includes physical examination and blood tests. Tests should include complete blood count and electrolyte level. An ESR, to check for inflammation, may also be helpful as well.
