How Can Epilepsy Be Managed?

Hi, My daughter (11 years) is struggling from EPILEPSY. History:- She got the first EPILEPSY in her age of 3 (around 10PM). At that time she had heavy fever. Doctor said Kids with heavy fever used to get EPILEPSY. So this is not considered as actual EPILEPSY. Note:- While sleeping she got it. Then the 2nd EPILEPSY she got in her age of 9 years (Oct 2016). Note:- While sleeping she got it . Around 11PM night. She had a exam next day and she was on stress. Not sure that caused this. It gone in 1 min. Safer side we admitted her in hospital. Doctor took EEG test and MROI. Report says every thing is normal. No sign of EPILEPSY. Still doctor suggested to take medicine (Levera 250 in morning and Levera 500 in night) for 2 years. In MROI it says she has sinus issue. We are not serious enough as report said everything is normal. So we used to give her medicine but not regularly. She got 3rd Seizure on March 2017 (in 5 month gap from the 2nd attempt). Note: In early morning (6am) train travel ( While sleeping she got it ). Doctor said to take medicine regularly for 2 years. From this time we started to decide to give the medicine regularly for 2 years. she got the 4th Seizure on (June 2017) (3 months gap from previous time). This time is she was awake in day time (11am) this happened. She took strawberry all of sudden this happened. But this time it doesn t look like seizure. We can see a nerve pull her side but not saliva coming out from mouth. It looks like stroke. So not sure this is stroke or Seizure. But doctor checked and said normal (no stoke etc). This is the only time she was awake and got something similar to Seizure (but not sure whether it is stroke or any other nervous pull) Still we took medicine regularly. The last 5th time she got it on 3/18/2018. (9 months gap from previous time). This time also she was sleeping in early morning (6 am) this happened. We took her to doctor for verification. Doctor did EEG. Doctor said no issue shown in EEG. He asked to take same medicine but to increase the dosage ( Levera 250 in morning and Levera 750 in night ). As it happens while sleeping doctor increased the dosage in night time. Note:- While sleeping she got it . I am not sure how to rid her out of this problem. This is her life. EEG or MROI is showing as normal. Education wise she is good. No memory issue. Active kid while playing. Little lazy to get out of bed. No one in family is having this issue. I got once in my age of 2 on high fever. Now i am 39. Nowadays, We are ensuring to make her sleep by 9PM and make her awake morning 7AM (10 hours sleep). 1) she always has nose blockage 2) I assume the above issue is because of Sinus 3) Seizure is another major problem. Not sure whether nose blockage can be a cause also for this Seizure . Might be enough Oxygen she is not getting. 4) Why EEG and MROI showing normal but having this issue Before her 2nd Seizure (2 months before) while playing she hit in a solid concrete pillar. Her eye brows got teared. Doctor put stitches. Not sure this can be a cause. I told this to all doctor. But they asked any headache after that. The answer is no. So they said then that can t be a cause. It might be true. But still thought of sharing the incident to you. As this might be the first actual Seizure we can consider as in her age 3 most of the kids get while high fever. Moreover this happened in the age of 9 while the first one is around 3. Which is around 6 years gap. This is her maturity age. Not sure that chemical change is causing this issue. In my family no one have Seizure issue. I got fits when i was 2 yrs old for high fewer. Now i am 39 yrs. I am temporarily in USA. In New Jersey.
