Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I think the pain you are suffering due to endometriosis comes due to the discontinuation of Letrozole that is a Aromatase inhibitor used in menopause woman . It is proved to be effective if it is used for six months and it gives long time results.

Talk to your doctor for taking it for 6 months and lets see if it gives long term effects.

Meanwhile Nabumetone is an anti-inflamatory drug non steroid that is used to releive pain . I don't think it caused pain.

Take care.

Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you.

Best regards. Dr.Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
