General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As your TSH level is 10, the dose of Thyronorm is not sufficient especially if you are thinking of becoming pregnant.

So the dose should be 50 mcg and your TSH level should be less than 2.5 if you want to plan for a baby.

Take 50 mcg for two months then you can get back to me or consult your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
