As per your query you have symptoms of ear congestion which is due to ear infection due to earwax buildup and due to pressure build up leading to eustachian tube dysfunction. I would suggest you to visit Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and start treatment after proper examination. Get all the lab tests done and examination with otoscope. You should take antibiotic Ciprofloxacin along with Ibuprofen along with decongestaant. You should put Otogesic ear drops 2-3 times a day. You should take proper rest. Try to avoid pricking it with any sharp object as it can leads to ear drum penetration and rupturing ,also keep your ear dry. You should avoid sleeping on this side.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
