Dear Patient,
In my daily routine I have attended some cases with similar symptoms like yours.
1. The first thing that I do to them is measure the blood
glucose level. You have to do this blood laboratory analyse in the morning when you have not eaten yet.
2. The count of HbA1c (glycated
haemoglobin) is the second step, used to diagnose for Diabet.
These two laboratory exams assure me about the condition of glucose in the blood of the patient.
Dizziness and
excessive sweating, usually show a decreased blood sugar level, which needs to be treated afterwards.
3. Meanwhile for a weak, 3 times a day you have to measure your blood pressure. A situation of
hypertension needs to be diagnosed if it is present. There are some cardiac disease releated with hypertension, that at your age cause these symptoms.
After these 3 steps, after a week the patient comes back in my office to make the diagnose and procede with the treatment.
All the best,
Dr. Eni
