Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-

1)Do take regular medication for blood pressure and diabetes as per your treating Doctor's advice.

2)Do take vitamin B-12 and iron caps regularly

3)Do check your [complete blood count with differential]to ruled out any bacterial and viral infections.

You can take few preventive steps like this -

1)Try to wash your hands. Thorough and frequent hand-washing is an effective way to prevent many common infections. Or use alcohol-based hand sanitizers if soap and water aren't readily available.

2)Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough.

3)Try to avoid crowds. Virus spreads easily wherever people congregate By avoiding crowds during peak flu season, you reduce your chances of infection. And, if you're sick, stay home so that you don't infect others.

Hope that helps
