How Can Depression Be Treated?

My daughter Sophia now 17, not showing the same energy and spark she is known for. School issues and tension with Mother adding major stress to equation also. Being divorced I m not able to witness the daily flow but feel depression is contributing to on going stomach issues and very worried. What can I be watching for and should I make Doctors appointment as a safty call

As per your complain your daughter face a many stress and some family problem also that all affect over her life. In depression situation family support more helpful to come out from all problems. Consult a psychiatrist for treatment. Stress and tension also lead to abdominal problems. Cognitive behavioral therapy helpful to you.

Behavior therapy help to decrease negative thoughts and alter your thoughts. Give some motivational articles to your daughter for reading. Well balanced diet and eight hour sleep every day is must. Yoga and meditation is helpful to you. Consult a psychiatrist for treatment.
