Advice
1.     Amitryptyline 25 mg per oral at bed time for one month. It will cause sedation, so please avoid driving yourself and swimming. Keep a driver for driving your car
2.     Tramadol 50 mg every 12 hours per oral for 10 days
3.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
4.     Take rest for few days
5.     Never take NSAIDs if you are allergic to it
6.     Avoid the posture which aggravates pain
7.     Consult a physiotherapist. Physiotherapist will suggest exercise for relieving such pain
8.     Investigation – MRI of spine
Thanks
