How Can Cold Shivers With Urinary Frequency Be Treated?

my mother is 72 and is highly diabetic .she had been in and out of hospitals for renal problems and pulmonary heart problems.From yesterday , she has been having cold shivers and she has been urinating every hour.She is becoming weaker and weaker.What do i do?Please help.

* The shivering is due to underlying inflammatory response to urine infection.
* The weakness is combined effect of uncontrolled diabetes, sepsis stage and others.

I recommend to get her admitted to a nearby hospital, get basic work up done and treatment in accordance to that only.
