How Can Chronic Pain In The Knee Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy. 5 years ago I was given injections in my lower back to treat back pain and sciatica. Shortly after receiving the injections I experienced pain from the knees down to the soles of my feet. This pain has turned out to be chronic. Additional symptoms include weakness in the entire length of the legs. I feel that those injections are the cause of my nerve damage.

Hi,

Injections may cause nerve damage it may be due to spondylosis with compressive neuropathy lead to sciatica.

Use tablet Pregabalin once daily for five days. if symptoms not improved please get it done MRI spine and nerve conduction study of lower limbs.

Please consult your neuro physician/surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
