So you should consult an Allergist and get checked so that the allergen can be ruled out. As you are already known allergic and in case if the medications like anti-allergics like Benadryl or Levocetrizine is not helping with curing allergy then you can opt for steroid shot for relief. If the symptoms are too frequent then you can discuss about Immunotherapist about Immunotherapy procedure as it can help in reducing the allergy symptoms gradually to less severe.
