@ Strict dietary measures.
@ Regular walking , exercises, YOGA.
@ Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming.
@ Regular intake of anti diabetic medicines.
@ Relaxations and meditations.
@ Control of body weight, cholesterol levels.
@ Periodic consultation with expert endocrinologist is best.
