How Can Blood Sugar Levels Be Controlled?
My 76 year father was diabectic for the last 30 years . He was not taking any diabectic medicines. By diet control he was controlling his suger level normal.But now,his sugar level is 237(random) ,two hours after breakfast.But 2 hours after lunch ,random sugar is only 134.Why does this happen?

1.strict diet control
2. Exercise like cycling or thread mill
3. Drugs
For fasting as in your case I prescribe in my clinic metformin 500 mg twice daily
