How Can Bilirubin Levels Be Reduced?

Hi.. iam suffering from jaundice.. I have done with my blood tests.. And my results are.. Last month total bilirubin was 2.40 mg/dl, direct - 0.73 mg/dl, indirect - 1.67 mg/dl.. This month total bilirubin was 2.30 mg/dl, direct - 0.80 mg/dl, indirect - 1.50 mg/dl.. iam following proper diet but still my results remain constant even after one month.. And also I feel pain in abdomen.. After sometime iam ok.. Is this dangerous? Iam worried..

@ In our clinic we recommend the patient to take HBSAg test , Ultrasound
