Hello. Thank you for writing to us

You seem to have inflammatory acne. Inflammatory acne is painful or itchy, red, and are pustular.
Black spot following inflammatory acne is due to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation/PIH.
Do not squeeze them because they might get pushed deeper and might leave scars and marks.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest an oral antiacne antibacterial e.g doxycycline, minocycline or azithromycin.
They can be continued for a few weeks depending on the response and the severity of acne.
Topically I would suggest antiacne antibacterials like clindamycin 1% gel Or benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel to be used as a spot treatment for active acne.
These are prescription products and I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.
Once acne activity is under control a pigment reducing agent like hydroquinone, glycolic acid, kojic acid may be started and that would help fade away the dark spots left over by acne
