General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The most concern here is the diagnosing the cause of wound in the groin area such as bacterial, fungal infection, post-traumatic, immune response or other issues.

Before commencing the treatment I suggest that kindly provide me with a high-resolution photograph of the wound for the best possible evaluation and guidelines.

Till that time, primary care of local part with a sterile dressing, systemic antibiotic as sultamycin ( if no history of drug sensitivity ), supportive medications as an antihistamine, antifungal as per the need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
