Hello,

Swollen knot on the right ear lobe may be due to swollen lymph nodes or swelling like boil or furanculitis or salivary gland infection etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use paracetamol for pain and fever. If symptoms not improved please check your oral cavity for pharygitis or tonsilitis for primary source of Infection. Please consult your ENT specialist/ physician they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
