How Can A Scaly And Dry Patch On The Face Be Treated?

a white dry patch on face i have from one month.it is scaly,dry and brown in center and a red itchy patch on my neck also.i have already so many skin issues.i have been fighting with my acne scars on face for 15 years.my skin is over all very dry and itchy and body hair ingrowing problem.please tell me a solution

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed a superficial fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
For dry skin you can use liquid paraffin or coconut oil to be applied twice daily.
This should help you.
