How Can A Runny Nose And Inflammation And Swelling In The Nose Be Treated?

The right side of my nose constantly runs. Strong frangrances causes that side of my nose at the very tip to get very red, swollen and sore. I ve had a slit for months that start to heal then split back open. Sometimes there s a foul smell where the slit is. What can I do to get it to heal?
