Is It Normal To Have Runny Nose After Having Adenoids Removed?

Hello, my son is 3 years old. He had his adenoids removed 6 months ago because he had a constant runny nose! Unfortunately he still has a runny nose! I also have a 2 year old daughter ,who also has a constant runny nose! Please could you give me your option on this. Thank you

Hello

It is not normal to have a runny nose after adenoid surgery and i think you will have to get your son examined again by the ent doctor. The running nose can be due to either an allergy or it can also be a recurrence of the adenoid enlargement.
Please meet your ent doctor for confirming this.
