Hi. I can Understand your concern.

Diabetes is progressive disorder and it requires combination of Adequate Life Style changes and Support from Medications to control your blood sugar levels.

I would like to emphasize and advice you to have good diet control as well as regular exercise for around 30 mins for living healthy life with control of Sugar levels.

In addition to medicines you are taking currently, I would like to advice you to take additional dose of 500 mg Metformin (which can be taken separately or can be as combination with Pioglitazone).

Additional Metformin Dose along with Diet and Exercise measures will certainly help you in better control of Blood sugar.

Wishing you for healthy life.

Best Regards
