How Can A Brain Hemorrhage Be Treated?

Hello, I need your kind suggestion in my mothers case aged 65.she had intracerebral brain hemorrhage, its been 25 days in ICU. She takes heart medicines as well and also thyroid.she from her first day in ICU responded through her body movements and also through instructions given by us.The physio said its slow recovery but there are high chances for her to recover.she at her 10 th day had tracheostomy also .The reports suggests that hematoma reduced but edema is still there.from yesterday her heart rate increased and have fever also. Can you suggest what can be done in such case and what are the possibilities.we are just hoping for the best that she recovers doesn t matter if she takes time for it.
