Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

UTI(Urinary Track Infection) is quite common in pregnancy. It has to be treated at earliest to avoid unwanted complications.
Duphaston is a progesterone drug used to prevent spontaneous abortion. It will not harm your baby, in fact it will strengthen your pregnancy.
You can do the following for UTI:-
1. Do a urine routine examination and culture and sensitivity to confirm the diagnosis.
2. Antibiotic therpay is mandatory. You can choose antibiotics like cefixime which is safe in pregnancy.
3.Drink plenty of water. You can have cranberry juice which act as urinary antiseptic and thus provide symptomatic relief.
4.Check your blood sugar level to rule out diabetes.
5.Maintain good personal hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
