Hi,
I admire your positive outlook and congratulate you for the attitude.

Now I guess you have bloating abdomen. There are lots of pathological causes responsible for it.

However, let me give my opinion here.

As per your history please do a stool examination to ruled out parasitic infection present or not. The main symptoms of IBS is constipation and loose motion spell, abdominal pain and fullness, mucus in stool, etc.

You need dietary change for it like avoiding high gas foods, stooping Gluten in diet, avoiding FODMAP, etc

Usually medications which we prescribe is 1)fiber supplement 2)dicyclomine for pain in lower part of intestine, antibiotics rifaximin and metronidazole combined. These are main medications and other medication is there but only symptomatic only.

For this you need expert's guidance by your local Gastroenterologist only.

Hope this helps.
