How can I remove frackles from my dry and sensitive skin ?

hi i m 19 year old skin is so dry as well as sensitive too.i have light brown frackles on my nose.plz tell me something to remove frackles and what can i use for dry skin any good facewash or anything else?plz i want my skin clear.and beutifull.
