How Can I Increase My BP To Normal Level During Pregnancy ?
Help me to be healthy and get rid of my low BP during pregnancy . I am 19w 5d with my first baby and But the USS GA is 20w 1 day. Is it a problem? But my weight before three weeks and now is the same. Thank God my baby has enough growth. I want to be more energetic and healthy. Hi m 31/159cm/53 kg. I am not even doing any exercises or other activities due to some uneasiness, nausea and a metallic taste in mouth. Pls suggest me some tips. I would like to know what all exercises I can do to feel more healthier and comfortable? My BP is 90/60. How can make it normal?
It is good to know that your baby is fine. Your weight will increase only in second trimester as you have nausea and vomiting in the first you normally dont put on weight.You can have sodium in your diet, by adding pickles greenleafy vegetables. If you are a non vege then you can take salted fish in moderate quantity. Have a healthy and balanced meal. You need to also have a exercise regimen daily for good health.You can go for a regular walk for 30 min and consult your obstetrician to know more on exercises.
Hi,Resmi,thanks for query.Pregnancy is state to enjoy,so first of all stop worrying and enjoy the period.Take frequent small meals throught the day and avoid skipping meals or fast.This is the first rule.Take good healthy diet rich in vitamines and proteins.Take more amount of fruits and salads,nuts,dry fruits etc.which helps and are tasty also.Try different food stuffs with some spices and natural flavour to satisfy your taste buds.Take help from your friends to have variety.Take iron and calcium supplements regularly as advised by your doctor.You will be fit and fine during and after delivery.
