How Are Blocked Arteries In The Heart Treated?

My sister in law had a massive heart attack On Friday, she had to be resuscitated ,she s 61 yrs old, Sunday her eyes opened for awhile. They gave her something to slowly bring her out of the coma they tried but she s still in the induced coma. What are her chances? They found she has 2 blocked arteries one is 100% clogged &the other is 80% closed what do they do for this
