Hit Shin After Falling, Cut, Bruised And Swollen, Discolored. Safe Remedy?

Hi - I fell off a stage and hit my shins on a table ledge. My left shin has a cut about nearly one inch high and wide although it s not bleeding anymore and my shin is pretty bruised and very swollen. My leg is quite discoloured with little bruises all the way up and downs the right leg just has serious bruising but no swelling or cuts. What do I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that due hard hit you got cut and more hematoma on the part.
Apply antibiotic cream on cut.
Go for one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Apply ice pack on swollen and bruise area.
Ok and take care.
