Hit My Head, Headache, Dizziness, Nauseous, Lower Left Head Hurts And It's Pulsating

I Hit my head 4 days ago, felt pretty hard. Ever since I've been having headaches all around my head but more so near the back and sides. So far I've woken up with mild headaches that would go away and come back. I've also been a little dizzy and felt nauseous once. Right now the rear lower left of my head hurts and it's pulsating. Should I be worried?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, you had injury to the head, though it may not be a head injury, I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis of the injury to the head, and treatment, and to exclude the concussion.
Treatment is necesory to avoid the infection to the surrounding tissues of the injury. Thank you.
