Hit Head Hard After Falling From Bathtub. Large Lump On Head, Neck Area. No Headache. Matter Of Concern?

Yes, I fell out out the bathtub yesterday. Hitting my head on the cabinet and broke the toilet seat with my head.
Have a very large lump on my head and neck area. I do not have any other symptoms. fell okay but very soe to touch.
Applied ice for 4-5 hours after accident. Should I be concerned? The swellen has gone down greatly, no headaches.
