History Of Mini Stroke. Have Weight Loss And Headache. Unable To Gain Weight

i have been skinny all my life,i am a truck driver,i have lost weight after i had a severe mini stroke in 2010 i still drive and am ok but am down too 122 pounds with clothes on.i eat like a horse,but am unable to gain weight.im 5 ft 7 in and 45 yrs old could i have cancer.i am a smoker of 2 packs a day or so .i also keep a headache on the right top part of my head almost like a very sharp pain comes and goes

Hello,
As you don't gaining weight while you are eating a lot , but you are a regular smoker, which is really harmful for you, is there any more symptoms you are having like as sever coughing , any blood in cough , loss of appetite any difficulty in breathing etc.if not than you should take De-worming treatment means you should take a course of TAB. ALBENDAZOLE 400mg. fortnightly at least 2 courses and also make habits to have your meals in time and regularly. Hope you will get improvement by this suggestion , good luck and take care.
