History Of Hypothyroidism And PCOS. Have Low Metabolic Rate. On Yasmin. Switch To Progyluton?

HI , Im 32y unmarried, with a history of hypothyroidism & PCOS (the last 3 tests of all hormones & t3,t4 etc.... results were normal) i have a low metabolic rate.
Does progyluton taken for period problem cause weight gain or increase facial hair?
Im on yasmin & was advised to switch to progyluton because i believe yasmin was makeing me gain weight ,water retention & that its not suitable for my body ( iv'e been on it for a few years ). should i change the yasmin or is progyluton or is just the same.
thank you

thanks for the query.
progyluton has rare complication with hirsutisum and weight gain.
you can change to progyluton which will regularises your cycles and is not a contraceptive like that of yasmin.

go ahead with your doctors advise.
