Dear Reader,

Thanks for seeking solution to your problem. Such cases frequently come to my clinic. I assure you of all help in alleviating your problems.

From the furnished information, I presume that you have difficulty in using your hands. Please let me know if there is pain/swelling/stiffness in other joints too, particularly the knee joints: whether you have stiffness of hands' fingers in the morning, which gets relieved after an hour or two.

Further, I suggest that you get RA factor, ANA tests and Serum Uric Acid estimation tests again, as there is commonly a gap of months/years between the onset of symptoms and these tests becoming positive for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Depending on the outcome of the tests reports, I will be able to prescribe suitable/effective treatment which will relieve your problems.

Have a nice day
