High Pulse Rate, Light Headedness On Closing Eyes, Tiredness. Causes For Symptoms?

I woke up with my heart racing and I was very lighthead. I got up and my body was heavy.. I picked up my arms and they went back down..I looked in the mirror and felt light headed and like a different person.. so I latest back down and took deep breaths.. I felt very tired so when I closed my eyes again I felt lightheaded again so I stayed up to prevent it from happening again then later I went back to sleep?

Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of paroxysmal arrhythmia's.
Presence of racing heart beat along with lightheaded suggests the diagnosis.
You should immediately consult with internal medicine specialist/ cardiologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for electrocardiography on preliminary basis.
You should also go for holter monitoring along with electro-physiological studies of heart.
you should take proper medicines for control of arrhythmia.
