General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you are likely suffering from an acute attack of upper respiratory tract infection like tonsillitis or pharyngitis and may need oral antibiotics as well as anti inflammatory drugs and anti histamines after review by your primary care physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
