Hi,

If there was no spinal lesion seen in MRI. The swelling you have, can be due to bone weakness or over stress to the part. This can be taken care of, by needful supplement of calcium, vitamin D, along with a balanced healthy diet and regular physiotherapy and exercises.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Back pain with L4-5 vertebral problem needs regular extension exercise for the region. Under expert care of a physiotherapist. In addition, calcium and vitamin D supplements to keep the spine healthy would prevent repeat pain in the region.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
