General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your husband seem to be related to hemorrhoids.

I suggest using an anti-hemorrhoid cream for local application such as Preparation H.

I also suggest avoiding constipation.

If the symptoms continue, I suggest seeing a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

The blood mixed with stool might be related to hemorrhoids. However, should immediate evaluation by a gastroenterologist. We should rule out more serious problems like ulcerative colitis or any other tumoral mass.
So, please consult immediately with a gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
