hi sir ...every month my periods vl be regular....tis month is nt regular july 10 is my last month period....today i checked home pregnacy test its shows negative....but i feel heavy in lower abdomen...i am very sleepy ad lasy for whole day....i do no whethr i am pregnant r nt......i am gng for zumba classes...whether i can attend the class r nt...

Hi,
You should exclude pregnancy if you are sexually active; since you had a negative pregnancy test initially, you may choose to repeat the test after a couple of days with a fresh early morning sample of urine or go for the blood pregnancy test i.e., serum beta-hCG measurement along with a trans-vaginal/pelvic sonogram. Please hold your classes until the cause of amenorrhea is sorted out. See a specialist for further evaluation. Hope this helps.
